Clinical Supervision
ACA accreditted Individual and Group Supervision
Supervision is much more than a check-in, it’s an opportunity to create your best professional self.
Hi, I’m Felix
Developing Together
My focus is on fostering your unique style as a counsellor and helping you to navigate complex cases, explore professional identity, and maintain sustainable, ethical practice.
I bring warmth, curiosity, and a deep respect for the skills and knowledge you already hold. Supervision with me is a partnership where we explore your work with care, curiosity, and humor.
My supervision style focuses on:
Structure and support in the areas you aren’t yet confident
Identifying how your values and personal life influence you as a counsellor
Building a sustainable practice that matches your needs
Possible Themes
Balance
Find alignment between your professional responsibilities and personal well-being.
Integrity
Examine how your values and ethics show up in your practice, and refine your approach to challenging dilemmas.
Growth
Identify opportunities to expand your knowledge and skills while appreciating how far you’ve already come.
Readiness
Prepare for complex cases or unexpected situations with strategies tailored to your unique style and strengths.
Confidence
Work through self-doubt by acknowledging your capabilities and developing trust in your professional instincts.
Rhythm
Explore ways to create a sustainable flow in your work, balancing discipline with flexibility.
Are you a neurodivergent practitioner, or someone who works with the neurodivergent community?
Neurodivergent Focused Supervision
Neurodivergent Professionals
As a neurodivergent supervisor, I understand firsthand how our unique ways of thinking, processing, and communicating can bring both creativity and challenges to our work. In supervision, we’ll create a space where your experiences are validated and your strengths are celebrated.
Navigate communication so you can feel heard and understood, and support your clients to express themselves, too
Develop sustainable practice to feel good in your work, and protect against counsellor burnout AND neurodivergent burnout
Skip the smalltalk and dig into the conversations you want to have about your work, without judgement (and probably with enthusiasm)
Professionals working with Neurodivergent populations
Most counselling skills have value for everyone, but there are situations where theraputic staples like open questions, silence, and “how does that make you feel?” won’t work the way you expect them to.
Supervision will offer practical tools, deeper insights into neurodiversity, and a chance to reflect on how your beliefs and assumptions might influence your work. Whether you’re navigating your own neurodivergence or learning how to best support others, this space is here to help you thrive.
Recognising diverse needs in your neurodivergent clients or colleagues, and adapting your approach to create an environment of acceptance and respect.
Shifting the narrative from pathologizing to affirming, exploring ways to support autonomy, creativity, and self-trust.
Addressing communication differences, managing expectations, and tailoring therapeutic strategies for neurodivergent clients to better meet their goals.

FAQs
-
I’m an ACA Accredited supervisor who can see counsellors and students up to Level 3. Both group and individual supervision count towards ACA supervision requirements. Unfortunately I’m not accreditted with PACFA, yet!
-
The ACA requires ten hours of supervision per year, and “The ratio of supervision hours per client contact hours should be 1 hour of supervision for every 20 hours of client contact time.” This can be individual OR group supervision.
-
Yes, supervision is a confidential space. The only exceptions are situations involving safety concerns or mandatory reporting requirements.
-
Nope! You can diversify- and I encourage you to, so that you’re getting multiple professional perspectives.
That said, if you find we’re a good fit and would like to join me for both individual and group supervision, you’re welcome to do so.
