I’ve seen (and experienced!) how the beliefs we hold about ourselves can drag us down.

As a Narrative Therapist and ADHD coach, I put your goals and values front and center and work with you to discover the important stories in your life.

If you want to better understand the stories and beliefs that drive your decisions; to start prioritising your energy to reconnect with (or discover) your passions, hobbies, and values; or want to feel more confident to navigate and understand big changes in your life, we might work well together!
