How does telehealth therapy work?
I use Google Meet for video chats, and you’ll get a link in the confirmation email, and again an hour before our appointment.
You can attend from anywhere you like, as long as it is quiet, private, and has an adequate internet connection. I’d encourage you to find a private room at home, but you can even sit in your car if that feels more private!
You’ll need either a smartphone, tablet or computer with an internet connection, camera and microphone (these are built into most modern devices). Headphones can also help with audio quality.
Do you offer in-person sessions?
Yes, I’m available in-person in Footscray, and you can find my full address HERE. In-person appointments need to be booked via email or a phone call, not via the booking calendar.
What are your fees?
Individual Therapy
$156 per hour
Group Therapy
$70* per session, which are usually between 1 and 2 hours depending on the group.

Individual Supervision
$160 per hour
Group Supervision
$80 per session, which goes for 1.5 hours.
What can I expect during my first appointment?
First appointments are all about getting to know eachother, and getting a sesne for whether we’ll bea good fit. You can decide whether to share some of your history, or jump straight into what you’d like to talk about.
How long do I need to be in therapy?
It’s a very individual process! We can talk about your expectations for therapy and if you have a timeframe in mind, but therapy often lasts anywhere between 6 months and several years.
Do you accept Mental Health Care Plans, Insurance, or NDIS participants?

Unfortunately no, as Counsellors are not eligible for the Medicare rebate. However I aim to keep my prices below the gap recommended by the Australian Psychological Society.
