I’m Felix (They/Them)

Hello, and welcome!

I’m a neurodivergent counsellor, supervisor, and . I work with people who are tired, overwhelmed, and know something needs to change, but feel like they’ve tried everything.

Many of my clients are queer, neurodivergent, or both — often late-diagnosed and figuring out how to survive in a world that wasn’t built for us.

Whether you’re new to therapy, or you’re looking for what comes after “you’re very self aware”, therapy with me isn’t about fixing you. It’s about making space to be curious, a little silly (or a lot), grieve what needs grieving, and explore what kind of life might actually feel like yours.

Why Do People Go To Therapy?

Maybe you're tired of living in survival mode, or you're overwhelmed, burnt out, and not sure if it's the system, your brain, your past, or all three (spoiler: it’s probably all three).

Maybe something big just happened — or maybe nothing’s happened in a long time, and that’s the problem.

You might be:

  • Spending your time off stressing about how unproductive you’re being, then feeling guilty about not enjoying your time off

  • stuck in cycles you can’t seem to break

  • carrying old hurts that sneak up on you at inconvenient times

  • tired of masking, people-pleasing, or second-guessing every decision

  • wondering if ADHD or autism explains more than you thought

Whatever’s brought you here, therapy is a space to breathe, ramble, go on tangents without apologising, and start making sense of things at your own pace.
