Clinical Supervision in Melbourne

ACA-Accredited Individual and Group Supervision supporting counsellors, therapists, and community workers across Melbourne and Australia to grow with confidence, balance, and professional integrity.

Hi, I’m Felix — Let’s Grow Together

My focus is on fostering your growth as a counsellor, helping you navigate complex cases, exploring your professional identity, and maintaining a sustainable and ethical practice.

I bring warmth, curiosity, and a deep respect for the skills and knowledge you already hold. Supervision with me is a partnership where we explore your work with care, curiosity, and humour.

My supervision style focuses on:

  • Structure and support in the areas where you aren’t yet confident

  • Identifying how your values and personal life influence you as a counsellor

  • Building a sustainable practice that matches your needs

Based in Melbourne, I provide online and in-person clinical supervision to ACA counsellors up to level 3. Whether you’re just starting your practice or decades in, supervision is your space to pause, reflect, and realign your professional self with your purpose.

What Is Clinical Supervision and Why Does It Matter

Clinical supervision is more than a professional requirement — it’s a space to make sense of the work you do. It’s where you can reflect on challenges, explore emotions stirred by your clients, and gain insight into your growth as a therapist.

Through regular supervision, counsellors:

  • Strengthen ethical practice and professional boundaries
  • Develop confidence in decision-making
  • Prevent burnout and compassion fatigue
  • Maintain accreditation standards with ACA or PACFA

Good supervision is like a mirror: it helps you see what’s really happening in your work and who you’re becoming as a practitioner.

What to Expect in Supervision

Supervision is a collaborative conversation — not a performance review. Sessions are practical, thoughtful, and responsive to where you’re at. You can expect to:

  • Reflect on real-life cases in a safe, confidential setting
  • Clarify ethical and professional challenges
  • Set supervision goals that match your career stage
  • Track progress towards registration or accreditation
  • Explore your emotional responses to client work

Our time together is guided by curiosity and care, helping you find the balance between accountability and self-compassion.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will this count towards my accreditation ?

I’m an ACA-accredited supervisor who can see counsellors and students up to Level 3. Both group and individual supervision count towards the ACA supervision requirements. Unfortunately, I’m not accredited with PACFA, yet!

The updated national standards require 10 hours of supervision per year for 0-399 hours of client contact, and 15 hours for 400+ hours. This expectation is matched by ACA. Read more about the new national standards here: https://www.health.gov.au/sites/default/files/2025-10/national-standards-for-counsellors-and-psychotherapists-summary-report_1.pdf

Yes, supervision is a confidential space. The only exceptions are situations involving safety concerns or mandatory reporting requirements.

Nope! You can diversify- and I encourage you to, so that you’re getting multiple professional perspectives.

That said, if you find we’re a good fit and would like to join me for both individual and group supervision, you’re welcome to do so.
